"MetaGiant" is my first experiment in creating a custom MetaHuman character without the use of plugins. This project is a deep dive into character creation workflows, blending sculpting, texturing, and real-time animation techniques.
Modeling: Sculpted in ZBrush to achieve a distinct and larger-than-life character design.
Texturing: Created in Substance Painter, focusing on realistic skin tones and surface details.
Live Link Animation: Used Unreal Engine’s Live Link feature to record my facial expressions and transfer them directly onto the character, producing a short animated video.
Current Status: Work in progress – Upgrades in texture quality, grooming, and shaders are underway to enhance realism and overall presentation.
